Parsival Cserers mission “fashion” – with essential knit fashion

It has been a long and exhausting, but nonetheless exciting time for Parsival Cserer – The Designer for Tomorrow 2010. After days and nights beside his knitting machine, countless fittings, socializing with the fashion world, he finally unveiled his collection “KNI+++API”: The audience was overwhelmed!

In his collection shown at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin on 21st January 2011, he presented unique styled knit dresses combining inspirations from West-African Dogon art to different patterns of tribal art. Parsival used a wide range of psychedelic colors in patterns such as diamonds, chess and pixel patterns and created fascinating dresses, bolero jackets or even caps with it. Some patterns were reduced to marginal structures or even dots and created thereby a high-contrasted appearance. Additionally the catwalk glowed spectacularly from fresh mandarin to sky blue and from forest green to bordeaux. A very special highlight of the show was a knitted white wedding dress with a couple of meters long train in the end of the show.
Parsival Cserer creates his own special view of a knitted fashion world and presents it impressively to the audience. With his eagerness and willingness to explore further terrains in knitting, we will probably hear from him very soon.
